At Realty1 there is no “standard listing fee” or “standard marketing program” for your listing. We bring innovation to the listing process by developing a specific marketing program/approach to your property. We are members of specific on-line databases designed to reach target markets. Your fee for listing your home will depend on the sophistication and expense of the techniques required to sell your property. You and your Realty1 Sales Associate can discuss the options and fees associated with those options.

Dr. Chapman is founder of Realty1, LLC, an innovative real estate firm with divisions performing real estate brokerage, property management, resort construction and management, real estate investment and commercial and residential construction. He is active in every area of the firm. The firm has employed as many as 30 employees and has sales in excess of $25 million annually.
He is an active real estate professional in his community, serving on Edmond City Council, as a professor at UCO and a columnist for The Journal Record.
